- A spring-assisted door hinge uses a spring mechanism to provide extra force for easier operation of heavy walk-in doors, overcoming air resistance. The high-lift cam system lifts the door slightly as it opens and closes, preventing floor drag and reducing wear on the gasket.
- Reverse by moving the blade and pin, and reassembling on opposite sides of strap. Simple manual operation reverse hinges for use on right or left-opening door.
- Flush means the door and jamb (doorframe) are at the same surface. Offset is the distance between the surface of the door and jamb (doorframe). Please follow the picture instructions to measure the offset accurately.

Caution: Please check the markings on the back of the hinge and measure the offset before purchasing. Jamb side marking: 1248-179-54, Blade marking: 1245-644-54.
