Why is it difficult to cut large potatoes?
1. Make sure the concave side of the blade faces up.
2. If the potato is larger than the blade surface, trim it before cutting.
How can I cut bell peppers or onions?
1. Cut ingredients in half first.
2. Bell peppers: place the cut side toward the blade.
Onions: place the cut side away from the blade.
NOTE: Not recommended for cutting tomatoes or sweet potatoes.
How do I clean the blade?
