A spring-assisted door hinge uses a spring mechanism to provide extra force for easier operation of heavy walk-in doors, overcoming air resistance. The high-lift cam system lifts the door slightly as it opens and closes, preventing floor drag and reducing wear on the gasket.

Flush means the door and jamb (doorframe) are at the same surface. Offset is the distance between the surface of the door and jamb (doorframe). Please follow the picture instructions to measure the offset accurately.
