Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Product Availability & Stock Issues

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that a product is out of stock or becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to place the order on hold until the product is restocked.
The customer will be notified of the delay, and the order will be fulfilled once the item becomes available again.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inventory shortages or supplier restocking timelines.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, no refund shall be issued. The order will be placed on hold until the product becomes available in our inventory or is shipped internationally from another country.

In the case of any delay in product availability, the customer shall not be entitled to request refund until the product becomes available.

However, if the product remains unavailable for a continuous period exceeding six (6) months, a full refund will be automatically issued by us to the customer without the need for a request.

This policy is final, binding, and non-disputable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to all terms outlined in this policy and acknowledges that these terms are binding and non-disputable.
